We attach great importance to clean waste separation. We would therefore ask you kindly to dispose your waste such as paper, newspapers, cardboard, cans, glass and PET bottles in the containers provided. For food waste, you can use the green disposal garbage can in front of the house. The remaining waste can be disposed in the large container. If you have any questions regarding the separation and disposal of your waste, please do not hesitate to contact us personally.

Even the most beautiful vacation comes to an end. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 o’clock at the latest. Please remember to return the house and apartment keys. Please settle your bill the evening before your departure between 16:00 o’clock and 19:00 o’clock. You can pay the final amount in cash or by card.

Operating instructions for all electronic devices are in one of the drawers in the kitchen.

During your stay we will gladly deliver fresh bread or fresh rolls to your door every day. Therefore, please always enter your order by no later than 17:00 o’clock of the previous day in the corresponding folder. You will find it at the bulletin board opposite the ski room. In it you will also find the current range of bread, buns, etc. from our local home supplier Rechsteiner.

Proper ventilation is one of the most important measures for a healthy indoor climate. Please make sure, however, that instead of permanently opening tilt windows, you ventilate them several times in the morning or evening. This also saves energy consumption in the house. Please close all windows when you leave the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped. If you miss something, please contact us to find a remedy. Dishwasher tabs can be found in the cupboard under the sink. Please only put dishes back into the cupboards in washed and dried condition.

Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask you kindly to keep the night's rest from 22:00 o’clock and to keep it until 7:00 o’clock in the morning.

During your stay you can use the free parking lot directly in front of the house. Please note that the space in front of the garage door must be kept clear due to possible ambulance service.

Our house is a non-smoking house! Please smoke in front of the house or on your balcony.

The apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure. Should you have any complaints, please let us know immediately.

Our reception desk is manned for you at the following times: Monday to Thursday 16:00 - 18:00 o'clock, Friday 16:00 - 19:00 o'clock, Saturday and Sunday closed. Outside the opening hours please press the bell on the right side of the reception or contact the office vis-à-vis.

During your stay, the sauna is available to you free of charge from 16:00 o’clock every Sunday to Friday. The sauna is closed on Saturdays. We will gladly provide you with sauna towels and change them on request.During the summer season the sauna is generally closed.

You will receive a key from us upon your arrival, which is suitable for the front door as well as for your holiday apartment and the ski room. Please remember to return on your departure.

Our ski room is at your disposal for your ski equipment. Please consider the equipment of the other guests. The lessor does not assume any liability for the objects stored therein.

Animals are very welcome in our house. However, we would like to ask you to take care that your companions do not romp or sleep on the beds, sofas or benches and that they do not drink or eat from the dishes provided for our human guests. Thank you for your understanding.

The Bergbahnen Samnaun (Cable cars) can be reached within a few minutes on foot. With your guest card, the use of the cable cars is free during the summer. In winter, the usual discounted rates of the Bergbahnen Samnaun apply.

The stops of the post-, local- und skibuses can be reached conveniently within walking distance. The use of the buses in the village is free of charge. For travel by postbus, which will take you from the village, the usual rates of PostAuto Schweiz apply. The current travel times we hang for you on the bulletin board, right next to the entrance.

On your arrival you will receive your personal guest card from us. From the very first night you will benefit from numerous free services and discounts (summer and winter season). We are happy to answer any questions you may have or you can contact the guest information desk in Samnaun directly.
